Muslim leaders to Discuss Challenges Faced by Indian Muslims

Hyderabad, October 18:  All India Majlis e Tameer e Millat’s 72nd annual public meeting will be held on Tuesday, 19th October at Exhibition Grounds, Nampally from 9 am to 1pm. Known as Jalsa-e-Rahmatul lil Alameen, the public meeting is a grand annual affair organized by the Tameer e Millat to observe the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammed (PBUH).

Former Member of Parliament (Uttar Pradesh) and All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) Member Maulana Obaidullah Khan Azmi, former Member of Parliament (Karnataka) Mr C M Ibrahim, AIMPLB Secretary Maulana Mohammed Umrain Mahfooz Rahmani will address the public meeting on Tuesday. Renowned Islamic scholar Mufti Qasim Siddiqui Tasqeer will deliver his address virtually. On Wednesday, in addition to the aforementioned speakers, Maulana Dr Abdul Majeed Siddiqui will also address the Yaum e Sahaba public meeting.

Every year, renowned political leaders and Islamic scholars from different organizations participate in the Jalsa to deliver talks on the life and ways of Prophet Muhammed.

According to Mr Ziauddin Nayyar President All India Majlis-e-Tameer e Millat “the 72nd Jalsa-e-Rahmatul lil Alameen will be held on Tuesday (October 19, 2021) from 9am to 1pm at Exhibition Grounds, Nampally while the Jalsa-e-Yaum-e-Sahaba (companions of the Prophet) will be held on Wednesday (October 20, 2021) at Chanchlaguda grounds from 8.30pm onwards.Mr Syed Aneesuddin, Chairman of the 72nd Reception Committee urged Muslims to attend the public meetings. “the topic for the 72nd annual jalsa is “Exploring Solutions to contemporary problems faced by Muslims in the light of Seerath (the life of the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH)”.
