The Secularism of Mukarram Jah – Remembering Eighth Nizam on His 90th Birthday

He was born to parents from two illustrious dynasties: his mother, the Princess of Berar Durru Shehvar, hailed from the Turkish royal family, while his father, the Prince of Berar Azam Jah, belonged to the Deccani royal family of Hyderabad.
