Anand Hi Anand – Qadir Ali Baig Foundation To Pay Tribute to Dev Anand and Brothers

Hyderabad is set to witness a nostalgic and star-studded evening as the Qadir Ali Baig Theatre Foundation presents Anand Hi Anand, a heartfelt tribute to the legendary Bollywood actor Dev Anand. Scheduled for February 28th at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Banjara Hills, this unique program promises an engaging audio-visual journey through the lives and cinematic legacy of Dev Anand, Chetan Anand, and Vijay Anand – three stalwarts who shaped Indian cinema with their timeless contributions.

Presented by Sohaila Kapur, the niece of the Anand brothers, the evening will offer an intimate look into the artistry, passion, and pioneering spirit that defined their illustrious careers. Through rare visuals, archival footage, and insightful storytelling, Anand Hi Anand will celebrate not just their cinematic brilliance but also the indelible mark they left on generations of film lovers.

This special event is being organized as part of the Remembering Razia Baig series, an initiative by Padma Shri Mohammad Ali Baig to honor trailblazers in arts and culture. In collaboration with Katyayani and Three Arts Club Production from Delhi, the presentation will be a fitting homage to the golden era of Indian cinema, bringing together cinephiles, theatre enthusiasts, and admirers of the Anand legacy.
