3 Day Artificial Intelligence Workshop Held at Azaan International School

Hyderabad, February 15: Azaan International School successfully conducted an engaging three-day workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), aimed at introducing students to cutting-edge technology through hands-on learning. The initiative is part of the school’s ongoing efforts to integrate AI into the curriculum, ensuring students are equipped with the skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world.

Students try their hand at IoT devices during the AI workshop

Led by Azaan International School Director Mr. Faisal, students explored various AI and IoT applications by working on real-time models such as Obstacle Detection, Temperature & Humidity Detection, Smart Streetlight, Smart Parking, Smoke Detector, and Google Teachable Machine during the workshop.

“Through these projects, they gained practical experience with sensors, microcontrollers, and coding, deepening their understanding of how AI and IoT are transforming daily life. The school believes that by familiarizing students with these technologies early on, they will develop the analytical and problem-solving skills essential for the future workforce”, he said.

The workshop not only equipped students with technical skills but also fostered creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. By the end of the sessions, participants demonstrated their working models, showcasing their ability to apply AI and IoT concepts to real-life scenarios. This hands-on approach reinforces the school’s belief that technology education should go beyond theory, empowering students to be creators rather than just consumers of technology.

To recognize their efforts and achievements, completion certificates were distributed to all participating students. Speaking during the valedictory program, Principal Mr. Masood Ahmed said “this initiative reflects Azaan International School’s commitment to preparing students for the future by integrating technology-driven education.” As AI and IoT continue to revolutionize industries, the school emphasizes that such workshops play a crucial role in nurturing young innovators and tech leaders who will drive the next wave of technological advancements.
