Former Ambassador Ausaf Sayeed’s Son Ties The Knot in Chicago

Illinois, July 8: Azhaan Sayeed, third son of former Indian Ambassador Dr. Ausaf Sayeed & Farha Sayeed, has entered into a wedlock with Dr Aisha Ahmed, daughter of Mr. Mohammed Faheemuddin Ahmed and Mrs Habeeba Ahmed on June 28th, 2024. The wedding reception took place at Ashton Place in Willowbrook, Illinois.

The reception was a lively gathering of family, close friends, and special guests, who all came together to celebrate the happy couple. The evening was filled with warm wishes and congratulations for Dr. Ausaf Sayeed and his family on this joyous occasion. Both Dr. Ausaf Sayeed and Mr. Faheemuddin Ahmed welcomed the guests with heartfelt hospitality, making the event truly memorable.

The guests blessed the perfect couple for a blissful married life and congratulated Dr Ausaf Sayeed and his family on the happy occasion. Dr Ausaf Sayeed and bride’s father Mr Faheemuddin Ahmed welcomed the guests.

Azhaan Sayeed is pursuing a medical degree from College of Osteopathic Medicine, William Carey University, Mississippi.

Dr. Ausaf Sayeed has held prominent diplomatic positions including Consul General in Chicago, Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, and has also served as Secretary (CPV & OIA) in India’s Ministry of External Affairs. Throughout his tenure, he remained a people’s favorite diplomat and is widely known for his people-centric approach as a diplomat and for celebrating and promoting Urdu literature globally.
