Hyderabad, August 31 – In a bid to bolster their social media prowess, senior officers of the Lok Sabha Secretariat convened at the Media Plus Auditorium this evening for an illuminating workshop on leveraging social media tools at the workplace. The event was an integral component of the ongoing Capacity Building Program on Media Management, meticulously organized by the Dr MCR Human Resource Development Institute of Telangana, under the aegis of the Government of Telangana.
The engaging workshop witnessed the active participation of distinguished officers from the Lok Sabha Secretariat, many with over two decades of experience, who enthusiastically delved into the contemporary landscape of social media. Engineer Syed Khaled Shahbaaz, CEO of Media Plus, led the enlightening session by elucidating the intricate nuances of Artificial Intelligence and its role in enhancing social media strategies. Shahbaaz adeptly navigated through an array of social media tools, aptly highlighting their relevance and utility in the current digital age.
Amidst the vibrant discussions, officers were apprised of the cutting-edge applications of Artificial Intelligence in generating and managing social media content, along with a special focus on generative AI. The workshop fostered a collaborative environment for learning, sharing insights, and exploring innovative approaches to harness the potential of social media platforms effectively.
